After BIRTH OF JOY and DEATH ALLEY - two of the best Dutch live bands - played one last tour together, you could see how close "birth" and "death" are sometimes. After the tour, parts of both bands found each other in the rehearsal room and a new band was born: SPLINTER.
While the four already caused a sensation with their spontaneously recorded debut on Robotor Records, SPLINTER have now recorded their exciting mix of styles in the studio with Mario Goossens (Triggerfinger).
A furious ride between retro rock, punk, glam and pop. Catchy, danceable and yet fat rocking. The quartet brings alternative guitars back to the dance floor and go on their mission to revive rock'n'roll 40 years after punk. In the mood for punky rock'n'roll with a dash of fancy footwork?
