Catalyst release a four-track EP. The Swiss duo Dominic Curseri and Ramon Wehrle last released their second album Double Sky in 2023 and now return with the single “CCTV” (January 23, 2026, Radicalis Music). “Your Honor, that is not me on the CCTV. No, that’s my evil twin.” – “CCTV” kicks off brutally with massive guitars and punchy drums. The evil twin hits harder, consumes more mindlessly, and behaves like a Neanderthal – driven by (vicious) instincts. With Catalyst’s trademark blend of heavy, bluesy guitar riffs, huge rock drums and laconic lyrics, the power duo hurls stoner rock, social critique and irony straight at the listener. It recalls The Dead Weather and Queens of the Stone Age, yet still sounds fresh and untamed in 2026.
